The MoveWORK Flow subscription is an annual plan with monthly payments.
It includes access to the MoveWORK Flow platform and three dedicated mobile applications:

  • My Missions: a field application for agents
  • My Decisions: an application for managers
  • My Needs: an application for occupants

The subscription is automatically renewed on the anniversary date of your contract.

MoveWORK Flow interfaces with many ERP and business software systems thanks to its open API and Plug & Play architecture. We provide a complete SDK to simplify data transfer between your applications and our platform.

No data collected by MoveWORK Flow or its mobile applications is ever shared with third parties. All data is encrypted during transfer and transmitted through a secure connection.
MoveWORK uses the secure Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.

Our team supports you throughout the deployment of MoveWORK Flow. A dedicated coach is assigned to your account to configure your interfaces and answer all your questions.
For complex projects, you can opt for customized support. This paid service allows you to work with an expert for the design, customization, and advanced configuration of your environment.

The mobile applications are available for free download on the Play Store and the Apple Store. Our apps are compatible with most smartphones and with Apple devices running iOS 11.0 or later. For a simplified deployment, MoveWORK also provides pre-configured mobile devices.

To ensure accessibility for all users, our applications are multilingual: French, German, English, Catalan, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Portuguese.

MoveWORK Technologies offers a full range of devices and connected objects to support the management of your operations. In addition to our mobile applications, our equipment covers all your operational needs:

Our team of experts selects the equipment best suited to your project and infrastructure.

The choice of your clocking system depends on your facilities (public areas, secured sites, etc.) and the level of data collection required (anonymous or nominative). To meet your operational needs, MoveWORK Technologies offers several options:

  • QR Code clocking
  • NFC / RFID clocking
  • Badge-based clocking
  • Phone-based clocking

MoveWORK Technologies provides a wide range of badge readers, scanners, and connected terminals to help you deploy the right hardware according to your constraints.
All our solutions offer 3G or 4G connectivity thanks to an integrated SIM card.

If one of your devices malfunctions, please contact your dedicated coach directly through the MoveWORK Flow platform. Your coach will determine whether the issue is due to improper use or an actual hardware failure. If necessary, they will assist you in opening a support request.

Once your support request has been submitted, our technical team will contact you and perform an initial remote diagnosis. If a confirmed malfunction is detected, the return of the device for repair will be approved. You will then receive a service intake document containing all return instructions.

The maximum repair time for the device is 1 month, starting from the date the defective equipment is received at the MoveWORK Technologies facilities.

If the equipment is still under warranty, you will receive a return label covering the shipping costs. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

If the equipment is no longer under warranty, return shipping costs are at your expense.
