In what context did you search for a management platform?
After being awarded the new contract with FGV (MetroValencia), a digital solution for managing service activities was required according to the established requirements. This tool allows us to monitor staff clock-ins and track completed tasks.
Why did you choose MoveWORK?
Among the alternatives presented by different providers, we chose MoveWORK, a solution that was already being used in a more basic way in other contracts for staff clock-in control. After a meeting and a demonstration with a company representative, we concluded that MoveWORK was the best option for the service we needed to provide.
In which cases do you use the MoveWORK Flow platform?
MoveWORK Flow digitizes the data of certain contracts within the CSR Department. Thanks to this platform, we can automate several processes that benefit both the company and the client:
1. Real-time visualization of staff check-ins and check-outs, allowing us to manage the service remotely to ensure an optimal and personalized service.

Tracking completed tasks at each station to assess customer satisfaction and identify potential issues.
Creating forms for workers, including work reports and responses to questions, providing valuable information to the company.
Granting clients access to data provided by the company to audit the service.
Identifying points of interest with NFC tags, in this case, each MetroValencia station.
Centralizing requests.
Adapting to clients’ quality control requirements, such as in the case of the IBI municipality, which required specific checks to justify service quality.
What are the benefits for you and your team?
MoveWORK Flow allows us to digitize processes and oversee contracts from a centralized position, reducing the need for physical presence in facilities to collect work reports. Additionally, it facilitates tracking the location and time spent by work teams on each cleaning task. Staff can digitize processes and record tasks through the application, ensuring 360-degree management. It also enables real-time interaction with all workers.

With what types of clients do you use this platform, and what are the benefits for them?
Currently, we mainly collaborate with public entities, providing them with the necessary reports monthly for their audits or to justify the contracted services.
What are your prospects for 2024 with MoveWORK Flow?
In 2024, we plan to deploy this tool across all contracts requiring task tracking, timekeeping, or quality control, with the goal of training a dedicated team member to maximize the use of the application. MoveWORK allows us to align with current environmental policies and offers a cloud-based data storage service, enabling us to retain information in the long term.
