Thanks to our expertise and R&D programs, we put technology at the service of performance. Founded within the Cap Omega incubator in Montpellier, MoveWORK relies on a dynamic regional ecosystem. The company grows day by day and currently has 40 employees.
However, at MoveWORK, the human element is the true driving force behind our actions. Our approach is resolutely client-centered, with processes designed to meet the needs of each company. To ensure optimal support throughout your contract, we offer a complete range of services: a dedicated Customer Center, a Qualiopi-certified training center, personalized consulting services, and quality technical support.
An expansion in Europe and internationally
Founded in France, MoveWORK has developed over the years and has set out to conquer new international markets.
Today, our various entities are present:
- in France, with a headquarters in Montpellier and an entity in Paris
- in Spain, with MoveWORK Iberia
- in Portugal, with the Customer Center
- in the United Arab Emirates, through our distributor Intercare Limited
Thanks to this international presence, we ensure close service and constant support to all our clients throughout their contracts.
Our expansion first began in Europe with a Spanish subsidiary that covers the entire Iberian Peninsula. This opening has allowed us to stay connected to local technological developments and to seize innovations in each market.
Now, this is a valuable asset that distinguishes us, strengthens our capacity for innovation, and allows us to better meet the needs of our clients. This European expansion enables us to integrate employees from different cultures, thus enriching our vision and perspective.
Since 2024, MoveWORK has seized a new opportunity and established itself in the United Arab Emirates. The delay of the Gulf region in managing facility management activities has led us to sign a contract with a distributor, with one idea in mind: to conquer this market.
Since its founding in 2010, MoveWORK has received support from all the stakeholders in the Occitanie region and from prominent banking partners, such as Banque Populaire du Sud and more recently CIC. They have trusted us and supported our growth and innovation capacity. Today, our company employs over 40 employees across 4 different countries. This internationalization presents a tremendous opportunity, allowing us to acquire new practices, stay at the forefront of technological innovations in each of our markets, and promote a multicultural corporate dynamic. Every day, these strengths distinguish us and enhance our ability to innovate and evolve our MoveWORK Flow platform.

From mobile time tracking to MoveWORK Flow
Creation of MoveWORK in Montpellier with the launch of the mobile time clock 2.0, within the Cap Omega incubator.
MoveWORK participates in the Europropre and Multi-Services exhibition and wins the Innovation Award for its mobile time clock 2.0.
It is in its home region that MoveWORK wins the "Coup de Pousse" award. It is at this moment that MoveWORK launches its first R&D program.
Opening of MoveWORK Iberia in Malaga, Andalusia, a new branch that allows the company to expand in Europe.
MoveWORK's offering is reinvented to become MoveWORK Connect, which includes a suite of 4 SaaS software solutions, including WorkinTIME, formerly known as mobile time clock 2.0.
MoveWORK strengthens its international presence with the establishment of its Customer Center within MoveWORK Portugal in Lisbon.
Launch of the MIA solution, specifically designed for the hostess sector, which allows for quickly finding a replacement when a hostess is late or absent.
Launch of MoveWORK Flow, the new digital platform born from continuous innovation and attentive listening to customer needs.
Creation of the MoveWORK Academy training center and obtaining the Qualiopi certification.
MoveWORK Academy obtains the renewal of its Qualiopi certification for an additional 3 years.
MoveWORK continues its international expansion by establishing its first strategic partnership with the distributor Intercare in the United Arab Emirates.
