EDP Propreté Group is a cleaning company based in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. Founded over 25 years ago, the EDP Propreté Group supports its clients by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of their workplaces. Today, it has expanded its offering by developing a multiservice activity, ranging from small painting and plumbing tasks to gardening services and warehouse cleaning.

Candy Herman, Branch Manager and Key Accounts Manager, oversees the deployment and development of the MoveWORK solution within her teams. She shares her feedback in this interview on their use of the platform.

In what cases do you use MoveWORK?

Each of our clients is unique, with their own constraints and requirements. They come from very different sectors: food industry, tertiary sector, and industrial environments. Therefore, the levels of expectations are not the same. We first analyze the services in order to define precise specifications, and from there, we create tailored quality controls directly in MoveWORK Flow. The platform allows us to adjust these controls: adding comments, photo and video evidence, assigning scores, and tracking results over time. In the end, we obtain a clear indicator, expressed as a percentage, which enables us to verify whether we are meeting the expectations defined with the client.

In addition, a very important point: MoveWORK Flow provides us with complete traceability and a clear view of how quality evolves over time. Thanks to MoveWORK Flow, we can centralize all our requests and monitoring in a single tool. The platform also allows us to offer our clients a dedicated portal, with dashboards bringing together all their information: contracts, intervention days and times, quality control results, as well as regulatory documents (technical sheets or safety data sheets). It is an interactive and customizable portal, which we adapt according to the needs and expectations of each client. All data is centralized in one place and easily accessible.

What are the benefits of client portals?

The implementation of client portals has clearly professionalized our organization!
MoveWORK has become our reference software, capable of adapting to each of our clients while providing us with a common structure. The client portal brings together all operational information and documents. What we previously referred to as an “operations binder” is now digitalized and directly accessible to the client at any time.

We can even say, without hesitation, that the solution has improved both our performance and that of our teams. Bringing together information over different periods provides much greater fluidity and understanding. Before, we didn’t have this level of monitoring. Today, everything is visual, clear, and structured, with simple and easy-to-understand dashboards. This allows us to better analyze our performance and position ourselves more effectively.

Looking ahead, we aim to continue digitalizing our services by increasingly leveraging the features currently offered by the tool. In collaboration with MoveWORK’s support teams, we are also working to evolve and develop new functionalities to become even more efficient, enhance traceability, and further professionalize our day-to-day management.

And what about your relationship with your clients?

Clearly, our relationship with our clients has improved. I took over this responsibility with one of my colleagues in May 2024, and since then, we have been increasingly developing the client portal with them. The feedback has been very positive: they particularly appreciate having all the information centralized, without having to search through binders or archives. Monitoring quality controls is also much more meaningful: the graphs allow for an immediate understanding of the results. For example, announcing a score of 90% is good but thanks to the portal, the client can click, clearly understand what it corresponds to, identify what is working well and what can be improved. This greatly facilitates discussions and the identification of areas for improvement.

What are your development prospects ?

Our objective is clear: to deploy MoveWORK across our entire agency and, ultimately, to all our clients! Projects are already underway with your teams to centralize as many clients as possible on the platform. Deployment is currently easier within my agency due to proximity, but the goal is to quickly replicate this organization on a larger scale.

Would you recommend MoveWORK?

Yes, without any hesitation. I started using MoveWORK in May 2024 and was supported from the very beginning, with a comprehensive two-day training. The team took the time to train and guide us. Even today, when I implement new features, we organize video meetings to continue building our skills. This ongoing support is a real advantage. So yes, I am more than an advocate.
