SONEPRO

SONEPRO, a human-sized cleaning company based in Marseille, has been supported by MoveWORK since January 2019. Initially assisted with managing its interventions, quality control, and data reporting, the company wanted to take further steps in optimizing its relationship with clients.

With this goal in mind, SONEPRO decided to grant clients access to certain operational data. In response to the growing expectations for visibility and performance, this data sharing aims to demonstrate the fulfillment of commitments, track completed services, and highlight the quality of the services provided.

The project to create customized client spaces for SONEPRO began at the end of 2023. Before the implementation of dashboards, performance reports for client activity reviews were produced manually:

  • Operations managers collected information from sites manually, leading to time loss and unnecessary travel.

  • The data was then entered into Excel sheets and sent to clients as raw, unstructured documents, making them difficult to use. This time-consuming method reduced operational efficiency and limited client visibility.

SONEPRO operates in the PACA region and along the Mediterranean corridor. With over 40 years of experience, the company provides services across six key sectors: tertiary, industrial, healthcare, residential, hospitality and catering, and education.

Maintaining customer satisfaction is a daily challenge for every company. To sustain it in the long term, there is nothing more effective than providing concrete figures that demonstrate the quality of the services you deliver. This data is a real goldmine for clients, and its sharing takes place in two steps:

1. MoveWORK collect data

To collect maximum data from its clients’ sites, SONEPRO deployed several MoveWORK connected devices:

  • Z1 NFC Badge Readers: Using an NFC badge system, staff clock in and out at each shift. Connected to the MoveWORK Flow platform, the Z1 badge reader ensures accurate tracking of attendance. With this solution, SONEPRO can not only verify staff presence but also provide complete transparency of interventions to its clients.
  • myMissions and myDecisions Mobile Apps: The MoveWORK mobile applications serve as powerful daily tools for both field staff and area managers. Each app is tailored to a specific user profile, offering features adapted to their business needs.

  • MoveWORK Flow Platform: Once collected via the mobile apps and badge readers, the information is sent to the MoveWORK Flow interface. This platform centralizes, correlates, and analyzes all operational data related to interventions carried out on client sites. A true goldmine of information, MoveWORK Flow records key indicators and transforms them into dashboards accessible to clients, with access controlled by the digital referent.

2. MoveWORK Flow analyse data

MoveWORK Flow allows the creation of customized workspaces, tailored to the specific needs of each user, project, or site. These workspaces facilitate real-time management of an ecosystem and promote interaction among all stakeholders of a contract. Relevant data is selected and displayed in a single interface for the concerned parties.

  • Number of planned and completed interventions
